Sean is an award-winning realtor and life-long resident of Waterloo Region, with over a decade of experience helping families buy, sell, and invest with confidence. With a background in education, personal finance, and investing, he’s built a reputation as a strong communicator, skilled negotiator, and natural coach. Clients appreciate his calm leadership, strategic mindset, and genuine desire to see them succeed. In between selling homes, Sean's clients can expect to find him entertaining around his charcoal bbq or reading books on stoicism and personal growth.
Deanna’s approach to real estate is all about connection and care. Before joining the industry full-time, she worked as a pediatric sleep consultant, helping families rest easy in the homes she now helps them find. Known for her warm personality, creative marketing, and deep community involvement, Deanna brings both heart and hustle to every client relationship. When she’s not showing homes, you’ll find her baking something sweet, hosting friends and family, or playing baseball with her boys.
